I’m Felipe Herrera Zenteno, currently serving as Head of Global Programs and Internationalization at INACAP. My career has been dedicated to the internationalization of higher education in Chile and Latin America. I’ve worked with universities, government agencies, and international networks to build opportunities for students and faculty through mobility, Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL), and global partnerships.People can talk to me about:
- Internationalization of higher education – policies, strategies, and innovative practices.
- COIL & virtual exchange – designing, implementing, and scaling collaborative projects.
- Global leadership & interculturality – workshops, training, and case studies on cultural intelligence and conflict resolution.
- Educational innovation – dashboards, data-driven decision making, and new models for global learning.
- Networking & partnerships – building sustainable collaborations between institutions, embassies, and organizations across Latin America and beyond.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring gastronomy, and creating spaces that connect people through culture and learning.
