Firstly, Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) has emerged as an innovative pedagogical approach to foster global competencies, interdisciplinary learning, and curriculum internationalization in higher education. However, its application in highly specialized fields such as aeronautical pharmacology remains limited, particularly in Latin American contexts, where interdisciplinary integration between health sciences and aviation remains limited. In this sense, the aim of this study was to analyze the implementation and outcomes of an interdisciplinary COIL experience aimed at integrating pharmacological science and flight physiology among Health Sciences and Aeronautical Engineering students, in order to promote the applied understanding of pharmacological risk in aviation environments.
